  • Absolutely. Whether you’re new to breathwork or already have experience, our sessions are designed to meet you where you are. You’ll be guided gently and safely through each step, with clear explanations and space to explore at your own pace.

  • Functional breathwork focuses on improving your everyday breathing patterns, helping you breathe more efficiently to enhance your physical and mental health. Conscious Connected Breathing is a deeper, more immersive experience that allows emotional processing, release, and profound reconnection with self.

  • Breathwork is a body-based practice. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on talking and analysis, breathwork works through the body to release stored stress and emotional tension. Unlike meditation, it’s active, using intentional breathing patterns to access altered states of awareness, process emotions, or restore calm.

  • Everyone’s experience is different. Some feel deeply relaxed, others release emotions, and many describe a sense of clarity or lightness. Physical sensations like tingling or temperature shifts are normal. You’re always in control, and we build in time to integrate what emerges.

  • Breathwork can be adapted to support your needs. You’ll be invited to share any concerns in advance, and sessions can be tailored accordingly. If you’re unsure, I recommend starting with a Breath Assessment or a short intro session. You’re always welcome to ask questions before booking.

  • Yes. If you’re on a package or engaged in regular sessions, I offer light-touch support by email, WhatsApp or voice notes. This allows you to ask questions or share insights that arise between sessions, so the learning continues beyond our time together.
